NINETEEN 25 PRIVATE EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event at Nineteen 25, located at 2185 N Broadway, Denver, CO, the attendee (“Guest”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: Assumption of Risk Guest understands that participation in social events may involve certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other unforeseen incidents. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and participation. Alcohol Consumption Guest acknowledges that alcohol may be consumed at the event. Guest affirms that they are at least 21 years of age and agree to drink responsibly. Nineteen 25 is a BYOB venue and/or works with licensed third-party alcohol service providers. Nineteen 25 does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol and assumes no responsibility for the actions of any third-party alcohol vendors or guests who consume alcohol. Third-Party Vendors Guest acknowledges that Nineteen 25 may partner with third-party service providers (e.g., bartenders, caterers, entertainers) and assumes no liability for their actions, omissions, or services. Personal Belongings Nineteen 25 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the event. Release of Liability Guest agrees to release, waive, and discharge Nineteen 25, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to their participation in the event. Medical Emergencies In the event of an accident or medical emergency, Guest authorizes Nineteen 25 to seek emergency medical services if deemed necessary, and agrees to be responsible for any costs incurred. By entering the venue, Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver.
