Refund Policy
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Guest(s) agree that no illegal activity will take place on the premises during the event. All activities must comply with federal, state, and local laws. All activities must be consensual. Any behavior or activity that violates this clause will result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund.
Health and Safety: All Guest(s) confirm they are in good health and free of any communicable diseases.
Security Enforcement: Security personnel will be present during the event to ensure compliance with this agreement. If any illegal activity, non-consensual behavior, or violation of health and safety guidelines is observed, security reserves the right to remove the responsible individuals from the premises without a refund. The venue will also fully cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
Legal Indemnity: By agreeing to this agreement, the Guest(s) acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and harmless the event promoters and hosts, venue and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any illegal activities, and non-consensual behavior during the event. The venue reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual whose actions result in harm or legal consequences for the venue.
All sales are final.
