Expect powerful movement, elevated intensity, and an atmosphere that pushes you past the ordinary. This is HIIT the Union way — dynamic, intentional, and unforgettable.
At 10:30 AM, continue the journey with Road to the Retreat: A Preview Experience, led by four premium instructors who will be guiding you at Trauma Retreat 2026 in Mexico (June 4–8). This class offers a taste of what awaits — intentional movement, expert coaching, and the kind of programming that leaves your body stronger, clearer, and deeply grateful you showed up.
But the experience doesn’t stop when the workout ends.
Following both classes, join us in the Café for a social + recovery experience, featuring DJ Trauma. Connect with community, reset your body, and soak in the energy of what’s to come.
