Liability Waiver •
Venue: Nowhere Pizza – Copper
Event: Krampus Comedy Variety Show (18+)
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms:
1. Age Requirement
I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that a valid government-issued ID may be required for entry. I acknowledge that failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without refund.
2. Voluntary Participation
I understand that the Krampus Comedy Variety Show may include:
Adult humor, strong language, and mature themes
Theatrical or comedic portrayals of folklore characters (including Krampus)
Loud sounds, flashing lights, or brief moments of audience interaction
Movement by performers throughout the venue
I voluntarily choose to attend and accept full responsibility for my participation.
3. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that attending any live event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, or falls
Loud noises or startling performances
Interactions with performers or other attendees
Possible exposure to humorous “frights,” dark comedy, or theatrical effects
I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my attendance.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless:
Nowhere Pizza – Copper, the event producers, performers, staff, contractors, and affiliates
from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my attendance at the event, including those resulting from negligence.
5. Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings. The venue and event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Conduct & Removal
I agree to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other attendees. I understand that the venue reserves the right to remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
7. Photography & Media Release
I acknowledge that the event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, I grant permission for the venue and event organizers to use images or recordings of me for promotional or documentation purposes without compensation.
8. Health & Safety
I agree not to attend if I am ill or experiencing symptoms that could compromise the health or safety of others. I will comply with any posted or verbal safety guidelines provided by the venue.
9. Ticket Purchase Agreement
I understand that all ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Weather, minor schedule changes, content adjustments, or performer substitutions do not constitute grounds for refund.
10. Binding Agreement
By completing my ticket purchase and/or entering the venue, I certify that:
I have read and fully understand this liability waiver
I agree to be bound by its terms
This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, representatives, and assigns
