RIAHTFest 2026 ATTENDEE WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK Event Dates: July 31–August 2, 2026 Location: Colorado By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, camping onsite, or participating in any activities at RIAHTFest 2026 (“Event”), you (“Participant” or “Attendee”) acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that RIAHTFest is an outdoor music, arts, camping, and wellness festival held in a natural environment. I acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent and potentially dangerous risks, including but not limited to: Slips, trips, and falls Uneven terrain Wildlife encounters Extreme weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, wildfire smoke) Dehydration, heat exhaustion, or illness Fire hazards Equipment or structural failure Acts or negligence of other attendees Loud music and lighting effects Physical activities including dancing, movement, yoga, or wellness workshops Exposure to communicable diseases I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with attending and participating in the Event. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration for being permitted to attend and participate in RIAHTFest 2026, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue RIAHTFest and its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, performers, venue partners, and landowners (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: Personal injury Illness Property damage Property loss Death This release applies whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. MEDICAL CONSENT & RESPONSIBILITY I understand that medical personnel may or may not be present onsite. In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize RIAHTFest to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment received and release the Released Parties from liability related to medical response, availability, delay, or outcome of care. 4. ALCOHOL & PERSONAL CONDUCT I understand this is a 21+ event. I acknowledge that: I am responsible for my own alcohol consumption. I will not bring or use illegal substances. I will comply with all Event rules and staff instructions. I understand that unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. 5. PERSONAL PROPERTY I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings, camping equipment, vehicle, and valuables. RIAHTFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT I understand the Event takes place in a natural outdoor setting. I agree to: Follow Leave No Trace principles Use designated restroom facilities Refrain from lighting unauthorized fires Respect wildlife, land, and surrounding property I understand that violating safety or environmental policies may result in removal without refund. 7. MEDIA RELEASE I grant RIAHTFest the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record my image, likeness, voice, and participation at the Event. I authorize use of such media for promotional, marketing, commercial, and archival purposes in any format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation. 8. INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: My actions or negligence My violation of Event rules Damage to property Injury to other attendees caused by me 9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING I acknowledge that: I have carefully read this Waiver. I fully understand its contents. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights. I am signing or agreeing voluntarily. I am at least 21 years of age. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, I agree to this Waiver electronically and understand that this agreement is legally binding.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective as of 4/20/2025 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending RIAHTFest (“Event”), you (“Attendee”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by the Event Organizers (“RIAHTFest,” “we,” “us”). 1. RIAHTFest is a 21+ only event. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. No exceptions will be made. Attendees without valid ID will be denied entry and may request a refund by contacting the festival team via email. For everyone's safety and comfort, no pets or animals are allowed on the festival grounds or in the camping areas, with the exception of registered service animals as defined by the ADA. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets of any kind will not be permitted. 2. TICKETS & ENTRY All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No reentry is allowed after leaving the event grounds, no exceptions. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from RIAHTFest. 3. QR Code A QR will be issued at the time of purchase and will be required for each person at check-in at the gates. 4. CAMPING & ACCOMMODATIONS All tickets include General Admission + your selected camping type (tent, car camping, RV, etc.). Admission and accommodations are sold together and are available only while supplies last. You must select your camping preference at the time of purchase. Camping areas are first-come, first-served within each tier. If you wish to camp near friends, please purchase the same ticket type and arrive together. All attendees are expected to respect the land and natural environment: Stick to established paths and walkways. Do not damage vegetation, disturb wildlife, or trespass into restricted areas. Pack in, pack out – leave no trace. All trash and personal items must be taken with you when you leave. Public urination or defecation is illegal in the state of Colorado and will result in fines and removal from the event. Please use the provided restrooms and sanitation facilities at all times. Unsafe or disrespectful camping behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Camping upgrades (e.g., car camping, RV camping, power) must be purchased separately and are available while supplies last. Camping areas are first-come, first-served within each upgrade tier. Attendees must comply with all campground rules and staff instructions. 5. FIRE & SAFETY POLICIES Absolutely no open flames or personal fires are permitted on the festival grounds. Fires are only permitted at the designated communal fire pit and may only be used under the supervision of festival staff or by approved performers with staff authorization for fire performances.Unauthorized fires will result in immediate ejection without refund. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY RIAHTFest follows a strict Pack In, Pack Out policy. All attendees are responsible for removing their own trash and belongings. Leave no trace. Help us keep the land clean and beautiful. 7. DEPARTURE POLICY All attendees must vacate the festival site by Sunday August 3rd by 2pm. No overnight stay is permitted after the festival ends. 8. CONDUCT & REMOVAL Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, aggressive behavior, intoxicated disruption, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal without refund. Weapons, illegal substances, unauthorized vending, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. 9. MEDICAL & LIABILITY WAIVER Medical staff will be on site. By attending, you consent to receive emergency medical care if necessary. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release RIAHTFest, its organizers, affiliates, and landowners from any and all liability related to injury, illness, loss, or damage. 10. MEDIA RELEASE By entering RIAHTFest, you grant permission to be filmed or photographed and for your image and likeness to be used in festival promotions, including online, print, and social media, in perpetuity. 11. FORCE MAJEURE RIAHTFest is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.) 12. CHANGES TO THE EVENT Lineup, schedule, vendors, and event details are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. 13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies outlined herein.

RIAHTFest 2026 REFUND POLICY Event Dates: July 31–August 2, 2026 All ticket sales for RIAHTFest 2026 are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. NO REFUNDS All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of plans Illness or injury Travel disruptions Weather conditions Lineup or schedule changes Personal emergencies Removal from the event due to policy violations Dissatisfaction with event programming Failure to attend the Event does not constitute grounds for a refund. 2. EVENT CHANGES RIAHTFest reserves the right to: Modify the event schedule and dates Change performers, vendors, workshops, or programming Adjust site layout or camping arrangements Such changes are part of live event production and do not qualify for refunds. 3. FORCE MAJEURE RIAHTFest shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: Severe weather Wildfire or unsafe air conditions Natural disasters Government orders or restrictions Public health emergencies Power outages Acts of God In such circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed. RIAHTFest may, at its sole discretion, offer ticket credits or transfers to a future event, but is not obligated to do so. 4. TICKET TRANSFERS Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by RIAHTFest. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund. 5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal cause. In the event of an improper chargeback: RIAHTFest reserves the right to dispute the claim. You may be held responsible for administrative fees and associated collection costs. Future event participation may be denied. 6. EXCEPTIONS Refunds will only be considered if: The Event is formally canceled by RIAHTFest (not postponed), and A refund decision is announced by the Event Organizer. Any such refunds, if issued, will not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased and will exclude processing fees unless otherwise required by law. 7. AGREEMENT By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that: You have read this Refund Policy. You understand tickets are non-refundable. You agree to these terms before completing your purchase.
