NEW LIGHT MUSIC FESTIVAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE Event Date: August 29–30, 2025 Event Location: M Lazy C Ranch, 801 Co Rd 453, Lake George, CO Organized by: Groove Guys Productions By entering the premises and participating in any way in New Light Music Festival (the “Event”), I voluntarily agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in music festivals involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, property damage, or death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown. 2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Groove Guys Productions, M Lazy C Ranch, their owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, volunteers, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage I may sustain during or in connection with the Event, including but not limited to those caused by negligence. 3. Property and Theft Disclaimer: I acknowledge that Groove Guys Productions and M Lazy C Ranch are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the Event. I agree to be solely responsible for securing my own belongings. 4. Medical Treatment: I authorize Groove Guys Productions or on-site medical personnel to secure medical treatment on my behalf in case of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. 5. Legal Capacity: I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by a legal guardian), and I am competent to sign this waiver. By attending this Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.

1. Ticket Policy • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. • Tickets are transferable but may only be sold or given away at face value or less. • Entry requires a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID. ? 2. Assumption of Risk • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death. • Groove Guys Productions and M Lazy C Ranch are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained during the Event. ? 3. Code of Conduct • Respect the land, the community, and each other. • Harassment, violence, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. • You must follow all directions given by security, staff, and emergency personnel. ? 4. Prohibited Items • Illegal drugs or substances • Weapons or firearms • Glass containers • Fireworks or explosives • Unauthorized vending or solicitation • Drones • Absolutely no campfires or open flames — violators will be immediately removed from the property ? 5. Fire Safety • Due to extreme fire risk, campfires, bonfires, charcoal grills, or any open flames are strictly prohibited. • Any attendee found attempting to start or maintain a fire will be escorted off the property immediately, without refund. • This policy is enforced for the safety of all guests, staff, and the environment. ? 6. Medical Attention • EMTs and medical support will be available on-site. You authorize emergency personnel to provide treatment if needed and assume all related costs. ? 7. Environmental Responsibility • This is a Leave No Trace event. Pack out what you pack in. • Littering, destruction of natural areas, or other environmental disrespect will result in removal. ? 8. Photography & Media • By attending, you grant permission to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. • No commercial photography or drones without prior written approval. ? 9. Weather Policy • The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled by Groove Guys Productions. ? 10. Right to Refuse Entry • The Event reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone for violating these Terms or behaving in a way deemed unsafe or disruptive. ? 11. Agreement Your ticket purchase and/or attendance signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
