NINETEEN 25 GUEST LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE This Liability Waiver and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in favor of Nineteen 25, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “Nineteen 25”). 1. Acknowledgment of Event Nature Guest acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in a private, adult-themed event at Nineteen 25, which may include, but is not limited to, live entertainment, dancing, sensual performances, interactive experiences, and mingling with other guests in a social environment. Guest understands the mature nature of this event and affirms they are at least 21 years of age. 2. Assumption of Risk Guest acknowledges that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: personal injury, emotional discomfort, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases), or property damage. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks and accepts full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from their participation. 3. Health & Conduct Guest certifies that they are in good physical and mental health, free from any condition (including illness or communicable disease) that could pose a risk to themselves or others. Guest agrees to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully at all times. Nineteen 25 reserves the right to remove any individual for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior at its sole discretion without refund or recourse. 4. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest releases, waives, and discharges Nineteen 25 from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 5. Indemnification Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nineteen 25 from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to Guest’s presence or actions at the event. 6. Photography & Media Guest acknowledges that this is a private event and photography is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by the host. Any approved media may be used by Nineteen 25 for promotional purposes, and Guest waives any right to compensation or approval. 7. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Compliance with Laws 1.1. The Host and all Guests agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws during the event. 1.2. No illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the premises 2. Responsibility & Liability 2.1. The Venue is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any Guests during the event. 2.2. The Venue is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost or stolen items, or any claims arising from participation in the event. 2.3. The Host assumes full responsibility for all guests, vendors, and activities at the event and shall indemnify and hold the Venue harmless from any claims. 3. Consent & Personal Responsibility 3.1. All interactions and activities at the event must be fully consensual between all parties involved. 3.2. Any violation of consent, harassment, or coercion will result in immediate removal from the event and may be reported to law enforcement. 3.3. Guests are responsible for their own actions and decisions. The Venue and Host assume no liability for personal choices made by attendees. 4. Right to Refuse Entry & Removal 4.1. The Venue and Host reserve the right to deny entry or remove any Guest who violates this Agreement, the Venue’s policies, or any applicable laws. 4.2. If a Guest is removed from the event for misconduct, they are not entitled to any refund or compensation. 5. Indemnification & Release 5.1. The Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the event. 5.2. All Guests agree to participate at their own risk and waive any claims against the Venue for any injuries or losses incurred during the event. 6. Acknowledgment & Agreement By signing below, the Host acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement. All Guests attending the event are subject to these terms, and it is the Host’s responsibility to communicate these terms to all attendees.
