We have the space until noon on Sunday so we'll be going to at least 3 am, longer if we want. Since this is round one, we're still working through details of what will be included but right meow the idea is massive sound stage in a warehouse that many of you ravers are likely already familiar with.

We're getting close! A few notes:

-Doors open at 7 PM, first DJ at 8 PM. Feel free to come and get settled
-If you're able to assist with setup, we'll first be on-site at noon for a few hours when vendors arrive for delivery
-DJs are scheduled through 2 AM, but we'll go later if the party calls for it
-We're planning on bringing water but please be self-sufficient in anything you anticipate needing, including water / drinks
-This includes condoms / protection / lube, we will be operating on potluck style for this event
-Food delivery is ok for dinner between 7 and 8 PM ONLY. We do not plan on providing food / snacks
-Dress code is whatever you want! Feel free to bring change of footwear as it is a warehouse and the floor is likely to be dirty outside of the limited flooring that we are bringing
-There will be multiple bathrooms with running water in addition to portos

Liability Waiver • Refund Policy

Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Event Name: Feral Feats & Beats Event Date: Saturday, May 17th 2025 Event Location: Denver Warehouse to be disclosed Host: LifeBass Entertainment LLC This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims ("Waiver") is executed by purchasing a ticket by the ticket holder ("Participant") from LifeBass Entertainment LLC and any members and/or affiliated entities (collectively, "Organizer"). 1. Acknowledgment of Risk The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Feral Feats & Beats (“Event”) involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness (including sexually transmitted infections), property damage, and other potential hazards. The Participant voluntarily chooses to participate in the Event with full knowledge and understanding of these risks. 2. Assumption of Risk The Participant assumes full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage that may arise from their participation in the Event. The Participant acknowledges that these risks may be caused by their own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the conditions of the Event venue, or the negligence of the Organizer. 3. The Participant understands that the audio systems used in this event are capable of creating extremely high sound pressure levels (SPL) that can be dangerous to guests. This event may contain flashing lights and strobe effects; individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions should be aware of the potential risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 4. Release and Waiver of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Organizer from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to the Participant’s participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise. 5. Indemnification The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and all representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Event, including any injury or damage to the person or property of the Participant or others. 6. Health and Safety Compliance The Participant agrees to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Organizer, including but not limited to the use of protection during sexual activities, disclosing any known health conditions that could affect others, guaranteeing a reasonable level of personal health for participation in the Event and agreeing to forfeiture of the right to participation in the Event in the case that a reasonable level of personal health is unachievable, and respecting the personal boundaries and consent of other participants at all times. The Participant acknowledges that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in expulsion from the Event and forfeiture of participation in any future events held by the Organizer. 7. Medical Treatment The Participant consents to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the Event. The Participant agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment. 8. Confidentiality and Privacy The Participant agrees to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all Event participants and the Organizer. The Participant understands that the Event may involve sensitive personal information and agrees not to disclose any such information to third parties without the express consent of those involved. This includes but is not limited to attendance information, Event details, Event activities, photos, videos, or voice recordings, and interactions between participants. 9. No Guarantee The Organizer makes no guarantees or representations regarding the safety, outcomes, or experiences of participants at the Event. The Participant acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions during the Event. 10. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 11. Acknowledgment of Understanding The Participant acknowledges that they have read this Waiver, fully understand its terms, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue the Organizer. The Participant acknowledges that they are signing this Waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend by their signature and participation in the Event to provide a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
