Assumption of Risk – Attendee understands and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage. Release of Liability – Attendee releases and holds harmless Shroomski, its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Event. Medical Treatment – In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Attendee authorizes Event staff to provide or seek medical assistance. Attendee assumes full responsibility for any associated costs.

All Sales Final – Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Transfers to another guest are permitted if requested in advance. Event Changes – The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming without prior notice. Admission – A valid ticket is required for entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee at their discretion. Code of Conduct – Attendees must follow all event rules and policies. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without a refund. Liability Waiver – Attendees assume all risks related to participation in the event. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen property, or other damages. Force Majeure – The organizer is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. Photography & Media – By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Ticket Transfers – If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person. If an event is canceled (and not rescheduled), a full refund may be issued. For questions or special requests, contact us—we’re happy to assist!
