LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS Connected Circles, LLC – lingeRave Event July 19th, 2025 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending lingeRave, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that this event is held in a warehouse environment and may involve loud music, strobe lights, crowded conditions, and potentially uneven surfaces. I assume all risk of bodily injury, illness, damage, loss, or theft that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation, including but not limited to injuries arising from dancing, interacting with other participants, or consuming alcohol or other substances, legal or otherwise. I understand this is a lingerie-themed and kink-friendly event and may involve expressions of adult content, behavior, or attire. I acknowledge that I am attending of my own free will and take full responsibility for my personal boundaries, decisions, and safety. The Participant understands that the audio systems used in this event are capable of creating extremely high sound pressure levels (SPL) that can be dangerous to guests. 2. Release of Liability I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Connected Circles, LLC, Feral Beats, event staff, venue operators, contractors, vendors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action that may arise from my attendance or participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. 3. Conduct & Removal I agree to conduct myself respectfully and in accordance with the event’s safety, consent, and community guidelines. I understand that Connected Circles, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, non-consensual, discriminatory, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued if I am removed for such conduct. 4. Confidential Location I acknowledge that the event location is private and will be disclosed only after my ticket is purchased. I agree not to publicly share the address or location details in any form, including but not limited to social media, email, text, or word of mouth. I further agree not to disclose the location to any law enforcement agencies, city or county officials, or regulatory authorities without the explicit written consent of Connected Circles, LLC. I understand that unauthorized disclosure of the event location may result in legal action against me, including but not limited to claims for damages or injunctive relief. 5. Health & Safety I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in a dance event and do not have any medical conditions that would put me or others at risk. I will not attend if I am experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, or other viruses). 6. Binding Agreement This waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE Connected Circles, LLC – lingeRave Event July 19th, 2025 By purchasing a ticket to, or attending, lingeRave (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth by Connected Circles, LLC (“Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read them carefully. 1. Ticket Purchase & Entry All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Organizer. Tickets can be transferred in the Multipass dashboard A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon entry. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to enter. 2. Secret Location & Privacy The Event will take place at a private warehouse venue. The address will be disclosed only to confirmed ticket holders. You agree not to share the location publicly. Doing so may result in revoked access without refund and possible ban from future events. 3. Dress Code & Theme This is a lingerie-themed and kink-friendly event. Attendees are expected to dress accordingly in a manner that is expressive, respectful, and aligned with the creative and inclusive atmosphere. 4. Code of Conduct This is a consent-based, inclusive space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, violence, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. You agree to respect the boundaries of others and comply with any requests from staff or security. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe or disruptive behavior. 5. Substances & Safety Alcohol will be present. You agree to consume responsibly and understand that illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. You accept all risk associated with your participation and acknowledge the presence of strobe lights, loud music, and crowded conditions. 6. Medical Liability & Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and that Connected Circles, LLC is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or related to the event. By attending, you waive all claims against the Organizer, affiliates, venue partners, and staff. 7. Photography & Media This event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant Connected Circles, LLC and its partners the right to use your image, voice, or likeness for promotional or documentation purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, inform check-in staff and you may receive a “No Media” identifier (e.g., wristband or sticker). While we will make efforts to respect your preference, we cannot guarantee you will not appear in crowd shots. 8. Refunds, Cancellations, Force Majeure This is a rain or shine event. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, government regulation, public health emergency, etc.), we may postpone or offer credit toward a future event at our discretion. Connected Circles, LLC is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses related to a cancellation or rescheduling. 9. Intellectual Property All content, branding, artwork, and creative materials associated with lingeRave and Connected Circles, LLC are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver County, Colorado. BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS IN FULL. Connected Circles, LLC

There are no refunds but tickets are transferrable.
