Liability Waiver for Event Participation
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the [Event Name] (the "Event") hosted by the 87 Foundation (the "Foundation"), I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk:

2. Release and Waiver of Claims:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the 87 Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, suits, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.
3. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, actions, suits, or causes of action brought by third parties arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.
4. Medical Treatment:
I understand and acknowledge that the 87 Foundation does not provide medical insurance for Event participants. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the Foundation's representatives to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if necessary and agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.
5. Photo and Video Release:
I grant the 87 Foundation the irrevocable right to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, without further authorization from me.
6. Governing Law:
This Liability Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
I have carefully read this Liability Waiver and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

Terms and Conditions for Events
By participating in events hosted by the 87 Foundation (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before attending the Event.

3.2. The 87 Foundation reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event who violates the code of conduct.
4. Media Release:
4.1. By attending the Event, you grant the 87 Foundation the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and any recordings or photographs taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. Event Changes or Cancellations:
5.1. The 87 Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, schedule, or venue. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and provide alternatives, if possible.
6. Refunds and Cancellations:
6.1. Registration fees for Events are nonrefundable, except in the case of a complete Event cancellation by the 87 Foundation.
6.2. If you are unable to attend the Event, no refunds will be provided for registration fees.
7. Assumption of Risk:
7.1. Participation in certain Event activities may involve inherent risks. By attending the Event, you assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release the 87 Foundation from any liability for injuries or damages incurred.
8. Indemnity:
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 87 Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, actions, suits, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
