Art Moto Fest Liability Waiver & Release PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AFFECTING YOUR RIGHTS. In consideration of being permitted to attend, participate in, or be present at Art Moto Fest (“Event”), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand and acknowledge that Art Moto Fest involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: The movement, display, and operation of motorcycles and vehicles. Motorcycle stunt shows, exhibitions, and demonstrations. Temporary event structures such as tents, vendor booths, and stages. The presence of food trucks, trailers, generators, and vehicles in motion. Crowds, amplified sound, bright lights, and changing weather conditions. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, death, and property damage arising from or related to the Event, whether foreseeable or not. 2. Release of Liability I hereby waive, release, and discharge Art Moto Fest, Art Moto Group, Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, contractors, performers, property owners, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action of any kind, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, arising out of or related to my attendance at or participation in the Event. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my conduct, participation, or presence at the Event. 4. Safety & Conduct I agree to follow all rules, signage, and instructions given by Event staff, security, or law enforcement. I understand that violation of these rules may result in removal from the Event without refund. 5. Medical Treatment I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in case of injury or illness during the Event, and I release the Released Parties from any liability related to such treatment. 6. Media Release I grant Art Moto Fest the right to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, or audio recordings for promotional, commercial, and archival purposes without compensation. 7. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC.

Art Moto Fest Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering Art Moto Fest (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Admission & Tickets Entry is valid only with an official Art Moto Fest ticket, pass, or credential. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law or outlined in the official Refund Policy. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. 2. Code of Conduct All attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully toward others. Harassment, disruptive conduct, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the Event without refund. Attendees must comply with all staff instructions, signage, and safety rules. 3. Age Restrictions Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Alcohol is available only to those 21+ with valid government-issued ID. 4. Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted inside the Event grounds: Firearms or weapons of any kind. Illegal substances. Fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials. Outside alcohol, glass containers, or drones. Any item deemed unsafe by Event staff. 5. Safety & Risk Attendees acknowledge that the Event includes moving motorcycles, stunt shows, temporary structures, food trucks, and other activities that may pose risks. Attendees enter at their own risk and must exercise caution in all festival areas. 6. Media & Photography By entering the Event, attendees grant Art Moto Fest permission to use their likeness, image, and voice in promotional materials, without compensation. Personal photography and social sharing are encouraged, but commercial photography and filming require prior written approval. 7. Vendor & Sponsor Areas Vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors are independent businesses. Art Moto Fest is not responsible for the quality or availability of their products, services, or promotions. 8. Event Changes Art Moto Fest reserves the right to change programming, performers, schedules, or activities without prior notice. The Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. 9. Liability & Waiver Attendance is subject to the Event’s Liability Waiver, which releases Art Moto Fest and affiliates from responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses. 10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Art Moto Fest Refund Policy We appreciate your support of Art Moto Fest. Please review our refund policy before purchasing tickets: All Sales Are Final Tickets, passes, and registrations for Art Moto Fest are non-refundable once purchased. This applies regardless of weather conditions, scheduling changes, or personal circumstances. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling If Art Moto Fest is canceled in its entirety (not postponed or rescheduled), ticket holders may be offered a credit toward a future event at the discretion of Art Moto Fest organizers. If the Event is rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued. Force Majeure Art Moto Fest is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to causes beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, government orders, or public health concerns. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. Ticket Transfers Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting Art Moto Fest in advance. Merchandise & Add-Ons All merchandise and on-site add-on sales (VIP upgrades, parking, food/beverage vouchers, etc.) are final and non-refundable. Policy Updates Art Moto Fest reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website and ticketing platforms.
