By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the OfSoundMind event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Ticketing and Entry All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. (See our No Refund Policy.) Entry is granted only with a valid ticket. Counterfeit or duplicated tickets will not be accepted. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Re-entry is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. 2. Code of Conduct Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, security, and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and potential legal action. Respect the venue, staff, artists, and the community. Leave no trace. 3. Safety and Liability Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live music event, including injury, illness (including COVID-19), property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. The event organizers, venue, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event. You consent to bag searches and reasonable security screenings upon entry. 4. Prohibited Items The following are not allowed: Weapons of any kind Illegal substances Outside food or drinks Glass containers Laser pointers or flashlights Professional video or photography equipment (unless approved) Fireworks or explosives 5. Media Release By entering the event grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or documentation purposes. Your likeness may appear in future media related to the event without compensation or notification. 6. Event Modifications Lineup, stage times, and venue details are subject to change without notice. The event will continue rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. 7. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic-related shutdowns, or government restrictions. 8. Minors & ID Requirements This event is [All Ages / 18+ / 21+ depending on your rules]. Government-issued ID is required for entry and alcohol purchase. 9. Vendor and Performer Agreements All third-party vendors, artists, and staff must sign additional agreements prior to participation. Violations of those agreements will result in dismissal from the event and forfeiture of compensation. By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

NO REFUND POLICY All ticket sales for OfSoundMind – August 22nd, 2025 are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms: No Refunds or Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, weather conditions, travel delays, or personal emergencies. Event Changes: Lineup, set times, and production elements are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the event is canceled by the organizers, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion. If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored for the new date. No refunds will be provided if you cannot attend the rescheduled date. Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation due to causes beyond our control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions — no refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternative compensation. Transfer Policy: Tickets may be transferred to another person with written notice to the event organizer before the event date.
