A few things to know before you join: - This is a space for witnessing, not fixing - No advice-giving — we meet each other where we are - What is shared in the circle stays in the circle - You are never required to speak - This circle is not therapy or counseling and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or emergency services. - Sessions are not recorded - I enter this circle with an open heart, willing to give and receive in the spirit of healing, understanding, and compassion. - Personal Responsibility & Release of Liability: By participating, you acknowledge that this space may bring up emotional or psychological material. You take full responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session. You agree that you are voluntarily choosing to participate and release the facilitator from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from your participation.
