Land of Narrrnia Liability Waiver
I, [Participant's Name], acknowledge and agree to the terms of this liability waiver in consideration of being permitted to attend the event hosted at The Land of Narrrnia on 06/12/2026. By attending this event, I understand and agree with the following:
Safety: I acknowledge that safety is important during my visit to The Land of Narrrnia. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers, venue staff, and security personnel. I understand that failure to comply with safety instructions may result in my immediate removal from the premises.
Personal Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for my actions and behavior while attending the event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that respects the rights, property, and safety of others. I acknowledge that The Land of Narrrnia is a private residence exclusively for individuals age 21 and older. I certify that I am at least 21 years old and will provide valid identification upon request. I understand that entry will be denied to anyone under 21, and I agree to comply with this policy.
Alcohol and Substance Use: I understand that alcohol and other substances may be available at the event. I agree to consume any such substances responsibly and in moderation. I acknowledge that I remain fully responsible for my actions and behavior. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by event staff may result in my immediate removal from the premises.
Respect for Performers, DJs, and Venue Staff: I understand and appreciate the efforts of the performers, DJs, and venue staff in creating an enjoyable experience for all attendees. I agree to show them respect and courtesy. I will not engage in any behavior that disrupts the event or interferes with the enjoyment of others.
Waiver of Liability: I acknowledge that attending the event involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive any claims against the event organizers, venue owners, performers, DJs, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives for injuries, damage, or losses arising from or related to my attendance at the event.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, performers, DJs, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my attendance at the event or my breach of this waiver.
Acknowledgment: I have carefully read and understand this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms. I acknowledge that I am legally able to enter into this agreement and that I understand the risks associated with attending the event at The Land of Narrrnia.

Land of Narrrnia Event Terms and Conditions
Welcome to an immersive journey through the wardrobe and into the magical Land of Narrrnia, where the veil between worlds grows thin, time and space are ever-shifting, and your dreams may awaken as visions of a world made real. We are glad you have found your way here. Our space is built on Peace, Love, Unity and Respect, and we ask every guest to help us cultivate a welcoming, considerate, and consensual environment for all.
Age Requirement: Narrrnia is strictly 21+. This event is designed for adults and is not suitable for children. Thank you for helping us honor this requirement.
Beverages and Membership
Narrrnia does not sell alcohol. This is a BYOB event. If you would like to bring alcohol, you must be a registered member of the Land of Narrrnia. Please contact the event manager or owners for details on how to register. Volunteer bartenders can label and store your beverages and serve them to you throughout the night. They do not sell alcohol, but they are happy to accept tips in appreciation of their service.
Facilities and Way-finding: Water coolers are available for drinking water; please follow the signs. Please also look for signs marking the bathrooms, trash, recycling, and outdoor areas.
Respect for Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors. At Narrrnia, we use our inside voices outside and our outside voices inside. When you are outdoors, please keep noise to a minimum and avoid anything that could disturb nearby residents. Your care helps us maintain a positive relationship with the neighborhood.
Lockers and Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for personal use, so feel free to bring a lock. Please remove your lock at the end of your adventure so we do not have to break locks on Sunday morning. Locker space is limited, so we appreciate your sharing with friends when possible.
Parking and Arrival: The parking map and address will be shared on the day of the event and are also available by private message upon request.
Pets: To help keep the space comfortable for everyone, we ask that dogs and other pets stay home unless they are service animals or approved emotional support animals. If you would like to bring an animal, please notify the event manager or owners prior to the event so we can help make the experience as smooth as possible. The resident canines of Narrrnia may be around and are happy to receive respectful, consensual petting when welcomed.
Smoking and 420 Policy: Because we are in Colorado, Narrrnia is 420-friendly indoors. For tobacco, please use the designated smoking area outside through the back door only, not the front. Do not throw cigarette butts in the fire pit or on the ground. Use the buckets provided or carry them out with you.
Safety and Consent: Narrrnia is an intimate space, and we are committed to keeping it safe for everyone. Consent is required in all interactions. Please look out for yourself and others, and if you have concerns or need support, speak with a designated Safety Team member.
Participation and Liability: By attending Narrrnia, guests understand that participation is voluntary and that each person is responsible for their own choices, conduct, and personal belongings. While we do our best to create a safe and welcoming environment, Narrrnia and its hosts cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. To help protect the experience for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, non-consensual, or inconsistent with these event terms and conditions.
